Art Deco corner house at the junction with Rue des Taxandres, built by the Antwerp architect Léon Stynen following a 1924 permit application. The brick and concrete façade has six bays separated by pilasters, over three storeys of rectangular triple windows; the canted corner bay is flanked by two narrow bays crowned by a stepped dormer. Above the entrance, a bow window with successive drapery-like tiers forms a sculpted canopy, and the ground-floor window grilles and upper-floor railings are characteristically Art Deco.
