Corner house of 1935, described in the inventory as "nieuwe zakelijkheid/art deco", designed by the architect Ern. Wauters, who signed it beneath the ground-floor sill. Of two and three bays and three storeys under a flat roof, it has a strongly horizontal facing of yellowish-brown brick and imitation stone. The openings are rectangular; on the ground floor the corner windows have coloured leaded glass and a wrought-iron grille, while the joinery of the second and third storeys has been renewed. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
