Apartment building in the Art Deco style designed in 1935 by the architects J. Ramaekers for the plan and Robert Michiels for the façade and interior decoration. The symmetrical rendered four-storey elevation, with ribbon windows and small semicircular balconies at the ends, is centred on a round-arched door with a monumental fluted surround, topped by a giant pilaster that marks the division between the two halves of the building, designed for two clients. Each half contains one large apartment per floor; the metal door, the front-garden railing and the entrance hall decoration survive.
