Avenue Franklin Roosevelt 90, 1050 Bruxelles

This private mansion on avenue Franklin Roosevelt (formerly avenue des Nations) was built between 1930 and 1932 by Georges Dedoyard, a young architect from Liège hired by a client from Liège. Art Deco in style, it also borrows from the Vienna Secession and recalls the Palais Stoclet. Its three-level geometric facade, the top level set back under a roof terrace, is clad in Euville stone and washed granito. It has been listed since 8 June 2023 (facade, roof, vestibule, entrance hall, main staircase, front garden and balustrades). Only the garden and facade are open on Heritage Days.
