This Art Deco town house was built in 1930 by the architect Arthur Froidart. Its elevation, now rendered but originally in two-tone brick and white stone, rises four storeys beneath a flattened gable. The first floor is fronted by a broad trapezoidal bow window, whose original roof was removed in 1937, and the third storey by two small oriels carrying terraces with wrought-iron railings. The spandrels and gable bear glyph decoration; the openwork, grilled doors survive.
