An Art Deco town house signed on the plinth by the architect Charles Dewys and dated 1928, built for Armand Vande Wouwer with a photography studio on the ground floor and in the mansard. The asymmetrical red-brick façade, enlivened with imitation stone and white stone on a bluestone base, opens at ground level with trapezoidal-arched bays. A trapezoidal oriel, topped by carved pilasters crowned with vases, breaks through the cornice; the upper-floor spandrels bear a floral relief and the original joinery survives. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
