Art Deco town house built for R. Van de Vorst to a 1928 design by the architect François Dens. The sober natural-stone cornice façade, with three storeys under a flat roof, emphasises the broad side bay with a three-sided oriel on the upper floor, a balcony and a discreet pseudo-pediment; the upper floors are articulated by window recesses with a stepped profile. Ornament is limited to the keystone of the round-arched entrance and the oriel bracket, in a floral Art Deco; the wrought iron of the door, the parapets and the fully preserved front-garden railing has a geometric pattern of triangles, chevrons and spirals. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
