Art Deco town house built for Gaston De Schrijver to a 1928 design by the architect Walter Van Kuyck. The natural-stone cornice façade, with three storeys under a slate pseudo-mansard, is opened by round-arched triple windows framed by giant pilasters and a classical entablature, with the emphasis on the bel-étage bow window crowned by a balcony. Notable decoration includes the Art Deco mouldings, the shell bracket of the bow window, medallion capitals and a floral frieze; the timber window frames and the wrought iron of the basket-handle door and garage door survive. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
