Apartment building in a sober Art Deco style, designed in 1931 by the architect François Dens for Norbert David Rosenfeld; after his death in 1932, his widow Rebecca Figatner continued the project. Built on a concrete frame, it has seven storeys under a flat roof, with a two-bay cornice façade of natural stone treated in flat planes. A three-sided oriel rises over the upper floors on the right, while on the left balconies and window recesses articulate the façade, ending in a rounded corner pier; the wrought-iron railings, the front garden gate and a Thièry lift of 1932 survive. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
