Art Deco doctor's house built for Dr John Ceulemans to a 1928 design by the architect Jean Alphonse Pots (inscription). The asymmetrical natural-stone cornice façade, with four storeys under a flat roof, is strongly vertical thanks to arched pilaster strips; the broad, taller side bay carries a semicircular oriel over two storeys. The fine decoration in a blocky or floral Art Deco includes mouldings, keystones, flower baskets on the parapets and a frieze of fruit garlands; the varnished timber window frames and all the wrought iron survive. The ground floor housed the waiting room of the medical practice. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
