Art Deco town house built for the widow J. Podevijn to a 1928 design by the architects Victor Vermeulen and M. Podevijn (façade stone). The perfectly symmetrical natural-stone cornice façade, with three storeys under a slate pseudo-mansard, bears finely profiled ornament in a geometric Art Deco and emphasises the central axis, with a three-sided oriel on the bel-étage crowned by a balcony. Reliefs of expressionistically stylised male and female nudes, by an unknown maker, adorn the second-floor parapet, and the particularly fine wrought iron has a mainly geometric pattern. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
