Art Deco town house built for R. Meulijzer to a 1933 design by the architect François Dens. The sober, streamlined natural-stone cornice façade, with four storeys under a flat roof, emphasises the central axis with a bow window and balcony over the two main floors. The unornamented facing is treated with recessed panels; the Art Deco character is most evident in the wrought iron, of which only the balcony railing survives. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
