Garage and office of the Brasseries Impérial, signed in 1928 by the architect Clément Huberty, resulting from the thorough conversion of an 1874 building, probably a beer store. The symmetrical red-brick gable front, enhanced with rendered elements and bluestone, sets its three bays within arcades with broad pilasters, polygonal at the sides and mitred in the centre, around a wide carriage entrance with stepped jambs. The side windows retain their Art Deco grilles and the gable bears the monogram “BI”.
