An Art Deco industrial building designed in 1936 by the architect Clément Huberty for the Brasseries Impérial, housing its beer store and bottling plant. Its red-brick facade with bluestone dressings, beneath a stepped gable, has ribbon windows with three mullions and a metal door with geometric decoration; inside, the floors are structured by a grid of concrete beams on pillars, and a concrete barrel vault, pierced by bands of glass lights, covers a vast courtyard at the rear. The building was converted into housing following a 2005 project.
