Town house designed in 1929 by the architect Karel Van Looy for Louis Van den Eynden, in a style midway between Art Deco and the cottage style. The façade of two unequal bays and three storeys, in brown brick, emphasises the wide window bay with its gable and three-sided oriel over two storeys. Art Deco shows in the ornament on the rendered panels of the oriel and in the wrought iron of the front door, while the oriel, the wooden canopy and the gable with projecting woodwork belong to the cottage style. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
