Three-façade villa in a strict, progressive Art Deco style close to modernism, designed in 1934 by architect Victor Gorlé for Fl. Rubenska, in Deurne. On a concrete structure faced with yellow brick, the front façade is dominated by a natural-stone panel under a canopy that frames all the openings, including a three-sided bay window. The door and garage door retain their original joinery and ironwork; the door and its side light are fitted with Art Deco grilles. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
