Art Deco house built in 1925 by the architect Édouard Courtenay, with three storeys under a flat roof. The brown brick façade enhanced with bluestone is marked by stepped projections. A canted bay with successive set-backs rests on numerous wooden brackets flanked by two stepped brick brackets, and three paired windows open the top storey within a projecting section of wall. The door, with its round-arched transom and surround, and the cornices survive. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
