Art Deco town house built in 1927 by the architect Édouard Courtenay, who had designed the neighbouring house fourteen years earlier. Set on an asymmetrical plot, it has three storeys in Zandvoorde brick enhanced with white stone, the top one pierced by three narrow paired windows. Geometric patterns of projecting brickwork enliven the breast of the first floor and the top storey, where they form a frieze and two long spur-shaped pilasters. The joinery survives, with its glazing-bar sashes, a door glazed with textured glass and wrought-iron grilles with scrolls. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
