Art Deco house with a rear workshop, designed in 1930 by the architect Édouard Courtenay. The three-storey flat-roofed façade plays on different brick bonds; the ground floor, partly rendered in "granitholite", combines a garage door and a pedestrian door whose geometric stained glass survives. The upper floors are framed by monumental stepped pilasters. The two-storey rear annex served as a copper-working workshop; it was extended in 1946 and 1978.
