Maison Art déco, rue Jean Gérard Eggericx 36

Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, built in 1927 by the architect Walter Baudet and recorded in the inventory. The elevation in flame-fired brick is enhanced with white imitation stone. The openings are set under lintels or polygonal arches, and the door is flanked by a small window. A trapezoidal bay enlivens the façade, whose original frames, with glazing bars and a band of coloured glass, survive.
