Art Deco house of asymmetrical composition, two storeys beneath a mansard roof, built in 1934 by the architect Van Cauwenberghe and recorded in the inventory. The façade is in red brick, with openings under lintels of upright bricks and a stepped reveal in the entrance bay. A bay, canted on the left and square on the right, rests on a base that extends into a balcony with a masonry parapet above the entrance. The original joinery survives: frames with glazing bars and a band of coloured glass, and a door with a grilled opening.
