Asymmetrical Art Deco house of two storeys under a mansard roof, signed in 1927 by the architect Paul Eenens. The façade plays on patterns of red brickwork, enhanced with white stone on the ground floor, where the door shelters beneath a white-stone canopy, flanked by a trapezoidal pilaster with a built-in lantern. The upper floor is marked by two timber oriels, one trapezoidal, the other triangular; the joinery, leaded glazing and glazed door with geometric grille survive.
