Workshop with Art Deco inspiration, designed in 1924 by the contractor M. Haché for the sculptor Oscar De Clerck, adjoining the sculptor's own house built in 1926. Originally an L-shape lying on its side, the facade had an upper floor only above the entrance door; the upper floor was extended in 1930, and these two building phases can still be read in the facade. The ground floor is punctuated by flat buttresses topped with a T-shaped stone carved with geometric motifs, with grilled openings stepped in outline.
