Art Deco bel-étage house of three storeys under a mansard roof, designed by the architect René Thiry in 1939. The façade is partly clad in yellow brick and partly rendered, above a blue-stone plinth engraved with the inscription "CIB". On the ground floor, the garage door and front door, with curved jambs, are separated by two small paired windows. On the upper floor, a rectangular bay pierced by a band window carries a terrace in front of two openings separated by a panel with sawtooth decoration; geometric wrought-iron grilles protect the ground-floor openings and adorn the parapet. The house, which retains its joinery, is recorded in the inventory.
