Art Deco house of 1926, of two storeys and asymmetrical composition beneath a mansard roof. It belongs to a row of Art Deco buildings running from no. 33 to no. 37. Its red-brick façade, punctuated by white stone on a bluestone base, is enhanced at the main floor by a trapezoidal bow window whose roof carries a terrace with a wrought-iron railing. The lower slope of the roof has a dormer, a garage door opens at basement level and the front-garden railing survives. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
