Art Deco house signed by the architect G. Mignolet, 1928. Its symmetrical three-storey elevation is crowned by a semicircular gabled dormer pierced by an oval oculus. The inventory describes a particularly decorative façade in yellow brick enhanced with many white stone elements, marked on the first floor by a semicircular bow window under a terrace. The upper floors are punctuated by pilasters with Art Deco capitals, and the wrought-iron door survives. The house is recorded in the inventory.
