Art Deco house designed by the architect Marcellin Collin in 1927. The three-storey white stone façade is enhanced by an oriel with four paired windows spanning almost its entire width. The roof of the oriel carries a terrace with an iron railing in front of two trapezoidal dormers, and the breast wall of the second floor bears an Art Deco bas-relief of a panther and a vase. The ground floor has a wrought-iron front door and a garage door. The house is recorded in the inventory.
