Art Deco house designed by the architects Octave and Edgar Thomas in 1924, within a row of Art Deco buildings from no. 33 to no. 37. The symmetrical two-storey elevation under a mansard roof has three unequal bays, with the narrower entrance bay on the axis. The façade plays on the contrast between red brick and white stone and on a rhythm of recessed and projecting elements; the main floor is enhanced by two trapezoidal bow windows. The door sits under a strongly projecting wooden canopy, and the surviving joinery includes stained glass with stylised floral motifs. The house is recorded in the inventory.
