Art Deco house with rental flats signed by the architect F. Josselet, 1924, within a row of Art Deco buildings from no. 33 to no. 37. The four-storey, two-bay elevation under a mansard roof is in red brick enhanced with blue stone and white imitation stone. The left bay is marked by a trapezoidal oriel over the first two upper floors, whose roof carries the balcony of the stone loggia on the top floor. The entrance is treated as a triple opening, and the inventory highlights the remarkable surviving joinery and the railing of the former front garden. The building is recorded in the inventory.
