Asymmetrical Art Deco house designed in 1921 by the architect Émile Maes and built by the contractor Eugène Delhaye. The brick façade is enhanced with white imitation stone; the ground floor has three round-arched openings, including the openwork double door. The main bay features a bow window topped by a terrace with an openwork parapet with geometric motifs. On the top floor, a triple window is flanked by bas-reliefs of a dragon and a stag; the original frames retain polychrome stained glass with floral motifs. The house is recorded in the inventory.
