An asymmetrically composed Art Deco house incorporating a doctor’s surgery, built in 1924 by the architect Ivan Vogelaer on a through plot whose garage opens onto Rue François Stroobant. The three-storey façade in orange brick set off with artificial stone, on a sandstone rubble plinth, has a trapezoidal oriel crowned by a terrace, a Serlian window on the second floor and a gable with spherical acroteria. Original window frames and decorative brickwork of squares complete the design. The house is recorded in the legal inventory.
