Art Deco house, signed and dated “E. Maes - Archite - 1924” at base level. The three-storey front is faced in brick and enhanced with rendered elements. The carriage door and the entrance door are in wrought iron. On the first floor, a small projecting bay has a mullioned window, and the windows have stained glass in their transoms. The ironwork and joinery survive; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
