Art Deco town house designed by the architect Émile Maes in 1924. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines a ground floor partly in white Euville stone with an upper floor in Orp facing brick. The ground floor has four round-arched openings, including the entrance door and a garage door, and the upper floor is marked by two trapezoidal bow windows. The original frames retain polychrome stained glass with plant motifs on the ground floor; inside, a large hall houses a winding staircase at the centre of the house. The building is recorded in the inventory.
