Art Deco house designed by the architect Jean-Baptiste Dewin in 1926. Its two-storey façade, in red brick enhanced with white stone, is crowned by a curved gable rendered in roughcast. On the left, the door under a canopy, topped by a wide three-part transom, is flanked by a bas-relief of a pelican feeding its young. The upper floor is enlivened by two concrete projecting bays faced with white imitation stone, and the stained glass survives on the ground floor. The building is recorded in the inventory.
