Art Deco house with artists' studios, from 1928. Its three-storey brick façade, on a sandstone rubble base and enhanced with white stone, has wide horizontal openings; on the ground floor, a round-arched door is flanked by a broad window and a small oval window. Projecting brickwork forms an archivolt over the door and the oval opening, and a frieze of stepped bricks decorates the entablature level beneath a projecting timber cornice. The top floor once housed, lit by roof lanterns, the studios of the engraver, sculptor and painter Louis Gustave Cambier and of his wife, the painter Juliette Ziane-Cambier. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
