Art Deco house designed in 1928 by the architect Jean Combaz as his own home; his professional plaque is still fixed to the façade. The two-bay, three-storey elevation, crowned by an arched entablature, was raised with a mansard storey in 1937 by the same architect. The sandstone rubble ground floor is pierced by two wide openings with three-sided polygonal arches, and the first floor is marked by a large timber oriel on a trapezoidal plan. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
