Art Deco apartment building signed in 1928 by the architect Raphaël Delville for the violinist and chapel master Eugène Ysaÿe, who occupied the mezzanine floor, with a rehearsal room and a room set aside for his scores. The corner of the two streets is rounded, with an engaged turret; the façades of red brick and white-rendered concrete, on a bluestone base, are enlivened by upright brickwork, oriels and a loggia on the sixth level. The ground floor housed the caretaker's lodge and a large garage, originally fitted with a turntable.
