Art Deco town house by the architect Emile Maes, 1927. It stands within a homogeneous row of town houses running from no. 36 to no. 64. The three-storey front combines a bluestone base, a ground floor rendered with false joints and upper floors in orange brick with rendered elements. The garage and entrance doors are metal, and on the right of the first floor a trapezoidal projecting bay is topped by a terrace with a metal railing. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
