On the corner of Rue aux Choux, an Art Deco apartment block designed in 1934 by the architect Gaston Ide. It has four storeys plus a mezzanine and six irregular bays. The brick and imitation-stone façade alternates flat bays with overhanging projections; the canted corner bay is emphasised by balconies with wrought-iron balustrades and an imposing crowning element, beneath a deeply projecting cornice. Commercial from the outset, the ground floor has since been altered. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
