Art Deco apartment building with a butcher's shop on the ground floor, designed in 1936 by the architect Gaston Ide. This symmetrical four-storey, flat-roofed building has a ground floor faced with black ceramic (now painted), where a frame with curved uprights forms a porch sheltering a convex shop window between the shop entrance and the private entrance. The brown-brick upper floors are marked by an oriel with curved corners in darker brick laid on edge, pierced by ribbon windows. A massive concrete pilaster faced with beige ceramic interrupts these windows. The shop-window frames and the doors survive; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
