Art Deco apartment building erected in 1929 by the architect Gaston Ide, on a through plot that also opens onto no. 3 avenue des Villas. Its five-storey façade, with a mezzanine on the second level, has a single bay set between two pilasters on decorated corbels, under a mansard roof pierced by a large dormer. In red brick and white imitation stone, it is pierced by polygonal windows protected by a metal railing with a floral motif. On the ground floor, a garage door is flanked by a pedestrian door. The building is recorded in the inventory.
