Pair of similar Art Deco houses built in 1929 for the same clients by the architect Van Den Eng, on an L-shaped plot running through the block between Avenue Dailly and Rue Artan (nos. 51-51a). The façades, in yellow brick, some laid upright, enhanced with white stone and a few rendered elements, have four storeys, the top one added during construction, and two equal bays. The middle storeys are entirely occupied by a trapezoidal oriel with a cornice and flat roof, on a corbel. At no. 104 the garage door was converted into a window in 1939 and the frames replaced; on Rue Artan the windows with glazing bars and stained-glass fanlights have been preserved. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
