Former Art Deco industrial building designed in 1928 by the architects Pierre Cambier and Jean des Touches as a garage, showroom and office for a wood-turning and lighting firm; it complemented a cabinet-making workshop built in 1924 at the back of the plot. The orange-brick façade, enhanced with bluestone, white stone and imitation stone, originally opened on the ground floor through three round-arched carriage entrances with worked jambs. The projecting upper floors, with ribbon windows, rise between two pairs of pilasters with carved decoration beneath a pediment-like crowning. The buildings were converted in 1992 by the architects Pierre Accarain and Marc Bouillot to house a company and six dwellings.
