Art Deco town house, asymmetrically composed, designed in 1924 by the architect R. Leysen. The orange-brick façade is enhanced with rendered elements. The main bay combines paired windows and a curved bay window carried on a long console with floral decoration, while an oculus surmounts the door. The curved crown of the main bay is now hidden by cladding; the door with its grilled opening and the oculus frame with geometric glazing bars survive. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
