Art Deco town house, asymmetrically composed, designed in 1924 by the architect Alfred Sauvage for a member of his family; he also designed nos. 33 and 37 in the street. The two-storey elevation under a mansard roof is in orange brick, enhanced with rendered elements now painted. The main bay, flanked by pilasters, combines paired windows on the ground floor and a trapezoidal projecting bay on a corbel supporting a small terrace with a wrought-iron grille. This terrace fronts a through-dormer with a scalloped crown, and the joinery with glazing-barred transoms survives. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
