Art Deco town house designed in 1925 by the architect Alfred Sauvage, who had designed nos. 33 and 35 in the street the year before. The orange-brick façade, enhanced with rendered elements, has three storeys, the top one added in 1937. On the ground floor, the door and a wide window have arches with stepped extrados; on the upper floors, pilasters with finials frame a trapezoidal oriel and French windows with wrought-iron railings. Panels with bead decoration complete the composition, whose glazing-barred joinery and leaded coloured glass on the ground floor survive. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
