House over a cellar, of two bays and two storeys under a flat roof, designed by the architect O. Vandenhoeck according to the plinth inscription and dated 1925 by archival records. The Art Deco brick cornice façade has a cemented plinth, a bay window and complete or partial cemented surrounds to the openings. The narrow door bay sits in a slightly recessed wall panel marked by vertical bands of header bricks. Here too the window shapes are typical: chamfered upper corners, stepped narrowing or a lozenge shape. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
