Art Deco apartment building designed in 1933 by the architect Jean De Rom in front of a shop he had converted into a workshop from 1928. The symmetrical four-storey façade under a flat roof, in red brick with emphasised horizontal joints set off by rendered elements and bluestone, is articulated by pilasters. The offset central entrance bay rises above the cornice and is lit by a tall pointed-plan window, while the side bays carry three-storey trapezoidal oriels. The carriage door and the staircase window frames survive.
