Art Deco house designed by the architect Jean De Rom in 1927 on a small triangular plot. The three-storey building under a mansard roof has a red-brick façade set off with rendered elements, with a low ground floor where the door is flanked by a grilled window. The first floor is occupied by a broad, rendered rectangular oriel-like bay (logette) on a stepped geometric base, carrying a terrace with a tubular railing in front of two French windows and a narrow central window. A long timber dormer pierces the mansard slope; the cornice and the joinery with glazing bars survive, and the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
