This Art Deco house with modernist influences is signed "Paul Posno arch" at ground-floor level and dated 1929. Above a bluestone ground floor, its façade of three storeys and two wide bays under a mansard roof is enlivened by yellow brickwork and projections. A rectangular bow window on a stepped corbel carries a balcony with a brick parapet framing Art Deco ironwork, identical to that of the ground-floor transoms. The architect Fernand Bodson carried out interior alterations in 1946; the original window frames survive.
